The Chicago Bulls' current record of 51-19 have them ahead of the Boston Celtics by one game with only 12 games remaining. While some detractors have noted that the Bulls' division is not as strong the other divisions in the conference, here are a few reasons why I believe that the Bulls deserve to be considered one of the top two teams in the East.
