Belinelli fined for hard foul on Marion (AP)

The NBA fined Hornets guard Marco Belinelli $10,000 on Thursday for his flagrant foul on Shawn Marion during New Orleans' 93-92 victory over the Dallas Mavericks a night earlier. NBA executive vice president Stu Jackson said the foul, initially ruled a flagrant foul, penalty one, has been reviewed by the league and changed to a more serious penalty two.
