What a smart man Mikhail Prokhorov is. He saw that the prolonged trade talk with the Denver Nuggets was going nowhere and decided to end it. "Really, I am not happy with the way the deal has gone until now ," The new Nets owner said before the team went out to beat the Utah Jazz. "It has taken too long . It has been played out in public. The uncertainty has taken a toll on the players . .. and I believe it has cost us several games." And he is absolutely correct, the deal became too public.
