Kobe Bryant unleashed a series of critiques about the Lakers after their Christmas loss to Miami.

"This is serious stuff," Bryant said of the 21-9 Lakers. "You don't just have two rings and say, 'OK, we're satisfied with what we've got.' I'm not rolling with that. I'm not going to let that slide. We need to get into gear."

Bryant said he will be harder on teammates in practice even though he is believed to have already started that process in recent days. Bryant said the Lakers can't rest on the laurels of their back-to-back NBA championships.

"This type of situation is always tough, but if it was easy to win another three-peat, you'd see a lot of teams being able to do it in the past," he said.
