The Cleveland Cavaliers won the NBA Draft Lottery on May 17, 2011. The Cavaliers earned the top pick because of an earlier trade with the Los Angeles Clippers. The Clippers had just a 2.8% chance of earning that pick, so it was pretty surprising that the Cavaliers got it.
