Arizona forward Derrick Williams and Turkish center Enes Kanter came to Minneapolis a week before the NBA draft for separate workouts and each declared himself the draft's best player to a Timberwolves team that owns the second overall pick.

One of them must be wrong.

The Wolves worked out Kanter in the morning against other prospects, including a 7-foot center, and then drilled Williams in an afternoon session on his perimeter skills against a group of guards.

Afterward, Wolves assistant general manager Tony Ronzone called Kanter an "option" for that second overall pick if Cleveland indeed does select Duke point guard Kyrie Irving with the first pick.
