Oklahoma City's front office lost one of its key people this summer when Rich Cho took the general manager job in Portland. Thunder general manager Sam Presti has since restructured the basketball operations department.
The changes included promoting Troy Weaver to VP/assistant general manager, Rob Hennigan to assistant GM/player personnel, Paul Rivers to director of minor league operations and basketball technology, and Brandon Barnett to director of minor league scouting and manager of minor league operations. The team added Michael Winger as assistant GM/legal and administration and David Vanterpool as pro scout.
